Eligibility

Users must be of legal age (18 years or older) under Sri Lankan law to access and use the Lucky 11.11 gaming platform.

Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details.
• Any activity under your account will be considered your responsibility.

Fair Play

• Cheating, fraud, or misuse of the platform is strictly prohibited.
• Lucky 11.11 reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts violating these rules.

Payments & Winnings

• Deposits and withdrawals must comply with local financial regulations.
• The platform is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.

Account Verification & Withdrawals

• One account per person. If we identify multiple accounts belonging to the same person or household, we may merge them into a single account. We will not void a genuine balance for this reason — real balances are paid to the verified account holder.
• Before releasing a withdrawal we may ask you to verify your identity (for example, your National Identity Card) and to confirm that the receiving bank account is yours (for example, a bank passbook page or statement).
• Withdrawals are paid only to a bank account held in the registered account holder’s own name. We do not send funds to a third party’s account.
• We may place a withdrawal on hold while these checks are completed. Your funds remain in your account during any hold, and we aim to finish verification within 24 hours of receiving the documents we request.

Limitation of Liability

Lucky 11.11 provides services "as is" and is not responsible for technical issues, losses, or damages arising from use of the platform.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka.
